I never had the correct product, I got a backpack from some othe personnage but was not manny ones. I tried to send it back but that was some difficult, because I am living in France and I send it to my sisters in USA, so she can bring it to my son. I'ill try to send it back, but ofcourse my son did not have the Manny Backpack for chrsitmas!!!!!!

This Handy Manny backpack is GREAT. My 3yo toddler loves it... it's the perfect size for him to carry on his own (yeah!). It holds quite a bit of stuff and has 4 pockets on the outside for smaller items (3 velcro and one has a zipper). Graphics are great as are the bold colors. I am SO glad I purchased this.

Got it for my 4 year old nephew and its so cute. Good size for that age and the pockets are really cool.
