This product was for my daughter who is a big collector of all things FMA. The minute she took it out of the box she tried swapping the heads and the neck snapped. I emailed the company three weeks ago and have heard nothing in response. Very unsatisfied customer.

I bought this for my sister and she really loves it! For the price, it's amazing! Most action figures of this quality are usually over $25, so to get it for a little over $9 plus the cost of shipping was unbelievable! Highly recommended!
