Okay, so seeing as the reviewer before me knows nothing of gunpla, and decided to give it a crappy review, I felt I should redeem it.
I had picked this kit up after I had watched 0083 Stardust Memory because I had loved the design of the Neue Ziel. I don't usually buy SD kits, but this one I heard was good, so I thought, "Why not?" and went for it.
Upon receiving it in the mail, I got to work on it right away. It was a relatively simple build (as I usually build HG and MG kits) but it was a fun little departure from all that. The proportions are nicely done, the articulation is pretty good (for an SD mobile armor) and it has a nice amount of detail. There is a bit of painting to be done on the particle cannons and other such vents(the beam saber comes molded in the same green as the kit, so that needs to be painted too), but it'll look fine with just a bit of panel lining. The kit itself is actually very solid. It holds together nicely and there's almost no wobble or loose parts. My only real complaint about it is that the hands fall off from time to time, but besides that it's great.
All in all I highly recommend this kit to any gunpla enthusiast as it's a nice little departure from the usual HG MG PG kits, and it adds a nice piece to your collection.

I give this item no stars. It is not for a 5 yr. old. I could barely put it together. The plastic is not lego type plastic - it is not a fun toy. It falls apart when it is being played with.
It would be fun for an older kid who is into model making - not playing with.
