The fork works as advertised, and is a great novelty. I personally would not use it on a regular basis as I can't figure out how to shut it off so it stops twirling in the correct place to eat from it. Parents may find it useful to get their children to eat.

My daughter is a noodle fanatic! She loves this fork and uses it every time we have long noodles. A little 'pricey' but worth it for her.

I bought this for my cousin newly entering our all italian family, not knowing how to twirl her spaghetti. She loves it and now everyone doesn't have to alter our pasta dishes for her.
