I ordered the Spongebob Squarepants 26 " Cuddle Pillow from Amazon for my 5 yr. old great granddaughter for Christmas. She's a big Spongebob fan so she was delighted with it. When it arrived I noticed the smile on the face was different than the one showing in the photo so I sent a message hoping to find out if the correct item had been sent. The message was replied to quickly stating if I wasn't satisfied my full amount would be refunded or if I decided to keep the one sent a $3.00 refund would be given. I agreed to keep it and thanked them for the $3.00 refund offer but haven't heard anything else about the refund. The item was through Amazon but from another company. Even though the smile wasn't the same, I would recommend this item.

The toy was delivered quickly and it is appreciated. However, at the same time I ordered another toy which has not arrived or been shipped yet. This is totally unsatisfactory and will think twice prior to ordering again from your organization. It is unreal to have one toy shipped in a timely manner and the other taking well over a month or more to be shipped. This toy was super as a gift but the other one, "checks in the mail" I guess, will have to be either for Christmas or for next year's birthday to my grandkid.
