I couldnt give it 4.5 because Amazon doesnt allow it but the only thing that could make this little bear perfect was if it was about 4 inches taller. This thing is TINY but I'm using it as decor in my 7 month olds nursery so it sits on his little shelf very well. If you're looking to use it for that or for a smaller child it's worth it. Most of its body is "beanie" so make sure its not torn on a daily basis if your little one uses it daily, could possibly be a choking hazard if it does bust open. All in all I'd purchase it again because its super cute and was exactly what I was looking for for his bedroom!

My son is 7 months old and he loves this bear. Its really made well he swings it around by the hat and the ball and it hasn't come off. This is a great product.

I received this as a gift for my son when he was born. Just like the other Ty beanie babies, it is soft and cuddly. It is just a small bear, perfect for a little baby. It is sturdy too. We've had to wash it numerous times and it has held up well. My son likes to suck on the pom pom now and it is still holding strong after a year and a half.
