Got this for my 4 year old son who LOVES Thomas as a Christmas gift. He loved it right away and has been able to use it during our mild wet winter. We keep it in the car and he just thinks he is a big shot with his own umbrella. I like that there is no metal tab that the umbrella catches on as it opens since our "adult" ones have pinched his fingers. This one you just push up on like a normal umbrella and it stays open. When done, you pull down... nothing to push in. Very kid friendly. Great quality as well :O) I recommend!

I got this umbrella for my three year old because he is obsessed with umbrellas and everyone is tired of him using and breaking their umbrellas. Two months later, this umbrella is still in great condition!! I'm impressed and would definitely recommend this umbrella to anyone who asks.

I'm raving about this umbrella as its sooo cute and my son is nuts about Thomas the Tank anyway. He got it as a xmas pressie and wouldn't close it all day. I have not used it yet outside and don't have it long enough to tell you how durable but according to my 21 month old. he loved it and can't wait to go outside with it. The handle may be a little clunky for his tiny hands though, but that's the only fault I have so far. I'll come back on if something comes up.
