The description in this ad is wrongFeb 20, 2006
By Scott The description in this ad under "Features" is wrong. The Deluxe Mat Version of Tripoley does NOT have a 36x36 inch mat. Also, the other side of the mat has only Texas Hold 'Em and NOT Blackjack. They should fix this. The version with a 36x36 inch mat is the Tripoley plus Black Jack & Texas Hold 'EM version.

Tripoley Deluxe Mat VersionApr 07, 2009
By Jimbo099 We had played this game with friends and decided to get one for the house. This one from Cadaco seemed to get a lot of good reviews so we ordered it.
The 'deluxe' description is taking some liberties, it's very inexpensively made (cheap). Believe it or not, the box it came in was higher quality than the contents. When I took the mat out of the package and unfolded it, the painted-on design was 'sticking' to the facing mat and I had to be careful, afraid I'd pull the design off; I don't think the mat would take much abuse. They only give you 100 chips (we knew that) but you certainly need more chips to play, a minimum of 100 per player is a good start.
After dealing out the first hand we realized something else was wrong. We counted the cards that came with it, sure enough, there were only 51 cards and 2 jokers in the deck, the "King of Spades" was missing. We tossed the deck and didn't bother contacting Cadaco, wasn't worth the effort. Overall, it's usable and I'm sure we'll enjoy playing this game once again.

Tripoley Deluxe GameNov 06, 2007
By W. Torgersen We played this game many years ago but no longer have one. We wanted a new game to play with our granddaughter who is eleven. The quality of the items in this game is very good. Exactly what we were looking for. The felt playing board is good as the items don't slide around when playing. The size fits nicely on our table. Our granddaughter loves the game and learned it very quickly. Now when we share time she will often ask to play Tripoley.

Not the best Tripoley versionJan 04, 2007
By Gretchen Tripoley is a great game because it's simple enough for children, but challenging enough for adults. Unfortunately, this version consists of confusing instructions and limited chips. One potential plus is that it comes with a mat instead of a raised playing platform. This adds to portablitiy.

I love the game, and the felt board brings me back to when I used to play with my grandma. Wonderful product.
