It was smaller than I expected but I was comparing it to the lunch box sizes I had as a kid. Then again, I ate my own body weight in food daily. :) My daughter says it's a common size for all today's lunch boxes. Regardless, it should be the right size for it's younger target audience.

We were very happy with the quality of this lunchbox. The colors were very clear and vivid. The hardware and construction of the box was strong and durable. I would definetly recommend this item.

My son loves this lunch box, but I don't. It just isn't big enough for his lunch. It would be better to call it a 'storage box'.
